Please don't try to self-diagnose and self-treat. Your Physician, with multiple thousands of hours of training and years of experience ordered the tests in light of your overall physical condition. (S)he wanted specific information to help you to a healthy life. Please review all test results with your health care professional.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!

At your age serum calcium levels normally are less than 10. If repeat tests are still over 10, hyperparathyroidism is usually present but magnesium levels are often less than normal. An endocrinologist is best to evaluate & advise you. I wouldn't avoid calcium in foods but wouldn't take calcium supplements if your serum calcium remains elevated
