Is it true that taking zinc supplements can make an adult over age 33 grow taller? what about calcium magnesium--can that also increase height at 33?

Taller: It is extremely unlikely that you will grow taller at age 33. If you saw a pediatrician as a youngster you should contact them and ask for a copy of your growth chart. What makes you ask the above question?
