More the merrier!: Human body needs to be in motion during the waking hours. All of us need to be physically active, which requires lots of walking(10, 000 steps a day are recommended). A brisk walk or jogging for 30 minutes daily is minimum recommended exercise to be done daily or at least 5 days per week. Longer is even better for good health.
