That is a start: You will probally be alright but not as healthy as could be.Exercising builds endurance,helps you sleep better,keeps weight in check,boasts your immune stystem.helps maintain a healthy heart/body/physical health.Exercise also helps your mind with thinking better as well as reduce anxiety and depression.
