Is that what u want: That wouldnt be my first choice for a healthy breakfast. Of course each granola bar is different. Some are high in sugar, some have no fiber, you have to read ingredients and see if it meets your needs. For breakfast I have oatmeal, with 1 serving of fruit and 1/2-1 ounce of nuts. It takes less than a minute to prepare, its all natural, no added salt or sugar.
