Yes it can be: Yes you can have a healthy diet without eating breakfast most of the time it is not recommended but if you do get used to it and eat a healthy lunch it is not unhealthy.

Yes: Do not eat when you are not hungry. When you do eat make sure you make healthy choices. If you are trying to accomplish weight loss you may want to make an appointment with a weight loss doctor and a dietician to help you with food choices and portion control.
