Breakfast : Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, especially because it jumo starts your metabolism, and because you need energy to start your day. At minimum drink a protein or breakfast shake. Otherwise try to have fruit and a protein. Your lunch needs more protein (meat, boiled egg, turkey slices etc). In addition healthy snacks throughout the day (nuts, string cheese, protein bars, fruit, etc.) dinner can be light but try not to skip it. Fast food is neve a good idea, however if you have to order grilled chicken salad or sandwich, no fries or soda. Lastly, i recommend you meet with a nutritionist to help design a healthy meal plan suited for your lifestyle. Take good care and don't forget to drink plenty of water as well.
