I get cold sores.i kissed my baby on the cheek day before i got one and when it was just a small bump.it didn't look like a cold sore.will she get it?

Possibly: The germ can be transferred to the infant if you are shedding virus at the time. It is most risky in the youngest infants & less so is they get older. If you are taking meds to suppress outbreaks (good idea) it is less likely to transfer. With the limited data provided the risk is hard to estimate.
