A 27-year-old female asked:
If i took valtrex (valacyclovir) to avoid a primary outbreak of cold sores (never had one before) and never got a sore can i have passed it on by kissing a cheek?

Not likely: If you have never had a cold sore, then it is unlikely that you could pass this on. Even with a cold sore in your history just kissing a cheek is unlikely to pass it on.
