I say get it x-rayed: If this is more than 2 months ago, and the toe was broken this will complicate the treatment. If the toe is angled, and you have pain with lifting (moving ) it, It may have broken into the joint space, and the joint can't work as it should. I would suggest getting an appointment with a podiatrist who is able to perform surgery and take an x-ray, or an orthopedic doctor who does deals with feet.
