What could cause elevated lh on cycle day day (8.5) other than pcos? i have irregular cycles but ultrasound and all other bloods for pcos were normal

PCOS: is most likely the reason. Not all features of PCOS are present in every patient with PCOS. Consider asking for further testing such as glucose insulin ratios, on a 3 Hr glucose tolerance test, looking of insulin resistance.
