No real way: Without us or blood tests it can be very difficult/ blood tests are very accurate but only if you know when to do them.

Test for progesteron: The Progesterone level can be checked about a week to ten days after you think you have ovulated. If you did ovulate, the level will be elevated since it only rises after ovulation. If it is not elevated, you did not ovulate.
