Talk to your doctor.: Pcos is not really something that goes away. Check with your doctor to clarify the information that you recently received. Perhaps cysts on your ovaries are no longer visible - but that doesn't mean that pcos is gone.

LH and FSH: If the patient reports resumption of monthly cycles, then she may no longer have pcos. The ratio of lh to fsh can also indicate the presence or absence of pcos.
