Depending on timing: of when the procedure was done, some swelling and pain may be normal. You should ask your doctor to review these results with you for better understanding and planning.

Recent ultrasound found .8 cm uterine polyp or fibroid (solid lesion isoechoic to the myomentum). Doc recommends hysteroscopy to remove but said shes not concerned for cancer. I had a colon polyp removed last year that was precancerous. Scared?
