How close am i to a "normal" palate? i wore this appliance for about 4 months.

Ask the dentist.: We don't know how severe the problem was that needed correction. Please wear the appliance as long as you were instructed to do so. Talk to the doctor or dentist who had it made for you as that is the professional who knows your own case. Ask what will happen if you don't wear it as instructed and what will happen if you do! Also ask how long you need to wear it.
