Hole in palate: The only way to know for sure is to have it examined. See your dentist or an oral surgeon for an examination and diagnosi.

Probably not: If there's been no problem up to now you're probably in the clear. Would be advisable to ask your Dentist to examine and advise. Referral to an Oral Surgeon for a more n depth examination is in order.
