I think i have mnd i first felt a acid like sensation attack go up my throat then a bolt of energy go down both thighs 1 year ago since then ive had major muscle loss all over my body is this normal?

Doctor can evaluate: None of the three symptoms are considered normal for an adult in his 30's or 40's, but of the three symptoms, reflux of stomach acid is so common that if it only happens a few times a year, it could be looked upon as normal. One's primary care doctor can evaluate to see what a person means by things like "a bolt of energy." Major muscle loss is, of course, not a normal thing.
