Please i am a 42 year old lady have stinging tearing pain in chest nauseas dizzy low energy weak stinging in. calve muscles ?

Doctor can evaluate: A person with aches at the chest, rib cage, or left shoulder can see his doctor to be evaluated. Pains can come from a heart problem (serious!), neck and shoulder muscles, the ribs and their joints, the lungs inside the chest, etc... If one feels her pain is coming from the heart, has a chest tightness, some difficulty breathing, or has past heart disease, she can go to the E.R. by ambulance.
