Is it normal that my 9 year old daughter's nose just bleeds randomly?

Needs Evaluation: Nose bleeds in kids are commonly triggered by allergic irritation & minor trauma in the sensitive area of the nasal membranes. (pickers & nose rubbers) This can be frequent & recurrent. If it is frequent or hard to quell when it occurs I would have her seen.
