My 6 week old baby boy was born with water in his right testicle(hydrocele) which is still present should i be concerned?

Not particularly: Many times the fluid slowly receded over 6 months or more. It may represent a channel that a hernia could eventually come down, but this can be monitored for now. There is no evidence it hurts the testis.(its outside of the structure)
