Headache and pressure to back of head, dizziness for 4 days straight. could be something serious? its a 9 month wait for mri scan.

Diagnosis could be--: Based on what you are saying about the headache i would guess that either you are suffering from a migraine, dad tension type headache, or medication overuse type of headache since i see you are taking acetaminophen. I have never ever heard of a nine-month wait for an MRI scan. That is phenomenal but i would seek a headache specialist who may agree you may not even need a scan in the first place.
