Ovary Cyst: All that can be answered from your questions is that the sonographer was not able to identify normal ovarian tissue but instead measured what appeared to be a bilobed cyst. Your Gynecologist will have to evaluate your family history and the specifics of the ultrasound (size, papillations, thickness of lobe wall, etc) to decide if surgery or observation is your best course of action.
