A : A septation means that there is a thin membrane dividing the cyst. A simple cyst looks basically like a bubble on the membrane. If there is a septation, it is like the bubble is divided with this membrane. I am glad that you are under the care of a gynecologist and had a ca-125. Please continue to have your gynecologist follow this up.
