Go to ER: a small ovarian cysts is not causing fever. Best to have a professional check you over to make sure it is not serious

It doesn't: sound like the US report is related to your symptoms but if they worsen overnight go to ER otherwise take some Tylenol (acetaminophen) from your cramps and see your GYN Monday! Hope this helps! Good Luck DR Z
