Possibly : If the high creatinine is from fluid depletion , these agents alone or in combination could reverse your fluid status and allow a more hydrated state. I would be mindful of the possibility of chronic kidney disease as well. Good luck

Post partial rt adrenalectomy for subclinical cushings. F/up labs still high- 1mg 11p DST, testosterone, 11p saliva cortisol, metanephrine fract plasma, aldosterone/renin. Lt adrenal - 7mm nodule w/hyperplasia. Is it most likely functioning as well?
