7 months ago had right ovary cyst, had it rechecked 6 weeks later by trans vag us, & abd. us & it was gone, could it still be cancer, or am i safe?

Keep follow ups: The majority of cysts are harmless.Rarely, cysts may be a form of ovarian cancer.Large cysts that cause problems occur in about 8% of women before menopause.About 95% of ovarian cysts are benign, not cancerous.So keep your follow ups but sounds like goung to be fine.
