Unlikely but needs m: Any mass(even a cyst) if it is growing and gets to be over 5-6 CM has to be suspect for ovarian cancer. So you need a good gynecologist who can examine and check your ovaries periodically(like every 3 months). CA 125 can be high even in benign conditions unless it is rising rapidly and gets up to be.500 units. This should be checked periodically at 3 month intervals along with the Ultrrasound .
