I have been diagnosed with complex ovarian cysts endometrioma of ovary i have painful intercourse every time i'm incontinent i get sharp pains in ovary regions could it be cancer i'm still being assessed?

Ovary: A complex cyst can always be cancer and I am glad you are being evaluated. Cysts that are associated with pain during sex are often endometriosis.
