Below: It depends on your age, gender & activity level. The daily calorie needs for men near age 50 approximately: 2,000 calories if not active. 2,200 calories if moderately active.As far as fat,fat is not bad for you but hydrogenated fat and polysaturated fat are.Limit you sugar i take is more important.protein 50 grams,50% of calories are healtly carbs and the rest the fat intake.
