OK in moderation: Most foods, including eggs, are neither bad nor especially good for health. A well balanced diet (with lots of veggies and grains and not too much red meat) is always best, and can include eggs a few times a week without seriously endangering health. If in doubt, check with your own doctor next time you have a routine appointment.

Generally good but:: There are many studies on eggs, some saying they increase risk, many say they're good for us. The recent study did not explore if the chickens were fed GMO's/hormones/antibiotics, if people ate them with bacon and toast (both of which may be more harmful than eggs) or how they were cooked.
