Very healthy, no!: Eggs are among the healthiest foods, a great source of protein, vitamins, minerals ; essential fats. However, choose organic eggs- avoid those fed gmo corn or soy or given hormones ; antibiotics.However, i don't advise eating them every day- they can be allergenic ; it's good to have variety. While eggs are rich in cholesterol they don't raise our levels ; don't increase heart disease-see comment:.
