There are no perfect food. Egg, milk and potatoes are as good as they can. Consuming in moderation is the keys and daily consumption is tricky . Try other food some days. No food causes headd disease or prevents it. There are anecdotal evidence. Of association. Ultimately eat what makes you happy in moderation. Hope it helps.

As long as you don't have a strong family history of really high cholesterol, you are fine to eat 1-2 eggs daily. They are an excellent source of protein, are easily digestible, are inexpensive. There are some studies that show in moderation may actually help in lowering bad cholesterol and elevating good cholesterol.Even if family history of high cholesterol,talk to your doctor or nutritionist
