my 3year old son has been coughing 1 week. fever of 101 vomit diahrea. not eating. doc says chronic sinusitis but i think it is something worse. help?

Sinusitis?: Chronic sinusitis in a 3 year old is very uncommon. Suggest you see a pediatrician and get a second opinion. He may well have pneumonia or other illnesses.
