my 20 month old is running a 101.4 fever, vomited once, and has a little cough. cough sounds like bark. eats and drinks fine. do we need to see doc?

May be: If he makes a high pitch sound when he inhales, i.e. Stridor, then he needs to be seen due to his young age. He can suffer difficulty breathing with swelling in his airway. Barking cough usually suggests croup.
