See doctor: If this resulted from taking Lavaquin, need to rule pseudomembranous colitis from the antibiotic.

Watch and wait: If you do not have diarrhea and/or fever, you may watch and wait. Your symptoms may be in the process of resolution. You may take a fiber laxative and drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.

Likely from Levaquin: Unfortunately antibiotics like levaquin kill much of our normal flora/biome which can have profound adverse effects such as overgrowth of unfriendly bacteria and yeasts. I advise taking probiotics including MegaSporebiotic, eating fermented veggies like saurkraut, and taking oregano oil and fiber like acacia gum. If this persists see a functional medicine Dr. See https://tinyurl.com/ydcuzlv4

Bloated: If your abdomen is bloated from intestinal gas that won't proceed down to be passed rectally(which is the proper route), make sure you don't force yourself to belch as this only causes more air swallowing. Instead drink hot(not boiling) water and/or apply a heating pad to your abdomen. This breaks down and moves gas. Taking simethicone after meals prevents gas buildUp. if severe pain, see MD tho.
