Possible yes: Commonly performed teaching centers. Have had a few patients that are out over five years colon cancer embolization and subsequent resection. All performed johns hopkins.

Difficult: That is a large tumor to try and chemoembolize. It might have to be done more than once after it shrinks from another embolization. If only one lobe of the liver is involved, partial removal of the liver might be another possible therapy.

Maybe: Tough to know for certain. Much depends on the patients functional status. Y90 is often better tolerated than chemo embolization and could also be considered.
