Dental issues: should be evaluated with carefull follow up and consultation with treating dentist: if not allergic, I suggest use or ibuprofen 600mg/day or Aleve -1 tab every 8-12 hrs, Definitely call your dentist asap.

Extractions: Have the Dentist or Oral Surgeon that removed your teeth reevaluate the surgical site. There may have been some trauma to the mandibular nerve that will take time to self-resolve. Increased heart rate may be due to anxiety. See your primary care physician for cardiac review.
