Sinus damage during extraction of upper molars. oral surgeon stitched it up. 2 weeks into recovery. still get subtle bleeding as post nasal drip. should i be worried? how long till i am better?

Bleeding s/p surgery: Would call the doctor to be seen or get a second opinion. Please be evaluated for late infection as subtle bleeding may be a sign of infectio and need for antibiotics or wound dehiscence ( non closure) . By 2 weeks normally one is asymptomatic and healing just continues along.
