Ive had a locked jaw/tmj? for years now and havent sought treatment because it wasnt too bothersome. are there any at-home treatments?

Locked jaw/TMJ: Sounds like you may have a disc out of position. There are exercises/meds/biofeedback that will not cure, but may help you feel better. You might benefit from a splint, an occlusal orthotic. Ask your Dentist for referral to practitioner in your area with expertise in treating joint dysfunction. Proper diagnosis and proper treatment require expertise.
