TMJ&dental pathology would be strong considerations. Paranasal sinus problems are another possibility. Your discomfort is not characteristic of trigeminal neuralgia. If you've already been evaluated by an ENT specialist and had appropriate testing and imaging, I would then get an evaluation by an oral surgeon.

TMJ, neuromuscular imbalance, malocclusion, neoplasm, parafunctional habits, sinusitis, just to name a few. Would recommend evaluation by specific specialists: Orthodontist, Dento-Facial Pain, Oral Pathology, Otolaryngology.

Too many possibilities to list, TMJ remains on the list as some cases are refractory. Starting with a thorough ENT and dental exam would be best, including imaging if felt useful would be best.
