Need much more: information regarding the pains such as location, situation, aggravating, and alleviating movements, skin changes and other symptoms during the episodes. Any prior injuries to the area is important as well. I wouldn't be alarmed yet and there is not enough info to cause concern. Think about discussing with one of the Concierge or Prime doctors here or with your PCP.
