Left sided neck pain , radiates down left arm/hand at times . also having left sided leg pains , could this be because of a neck issue? ct of neck/brain was normal 4 months ago. i also have left sided post nasal drip?

Recommend a full evaluation from a physiatrist or neurologist. The "left sided neck pain" could be due to an issue in the left brachial plexus, and an EMG study might be helpful. The postnasal "drip" could be managed by your primary physician.
