I started problems with a slight tremor (not resting) in my left hand. i also started experiecing cognitive problems and severe depression. i often have pains in my legs and stiffness. my biggest concern is the difficulty to speak. always tongue tied?

Neurologist: It's true that a hand tremor with use rather than at rest is not characteristic of Parkinson's disease, but stiffness and being tongue tied are. Familial essential hand tremor does occur with use(intention tremor). I recommend consulting a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment. In view of cognitive issues and depression psychiatric evaluation is also needed.

Neurologic symptoms: Important that you see a specialist Neurologist as soon as possible. If Neurologist not available, have someone take you to Emergency Room now.
