See your PCP: to rule out fibromyalgia. To be included in the diagnosis of FM, this pain should be located in at least three out of four quadrants of the body or along the entire spine, and must be present for a minimum of three months. Patients with FM have diffuse chronic pain without evidence of any systemic disorder. Good luck.
