My 4 yr old daughter had a bladder infection about 2 weeks ago. she now has a problem of a few drops coming through after shes been to the loo. a sample urine came back from lab as negative. how do i resolve this issue?

Bladder infection ?: "A few drops" of urine staining underclothes after urination with a "negative urine test" may just be failure to completely empty the bladder. If this continues and your daughter complains of burning or frequent need to urinate, see your pediatrician.

Some basics: A lot of 4 yo girls have local irritation at their pee hole from sitting in a soapy water bath without a good rinse. This can lead to a UTI or just the symptoms mentioned. Having the kid shower in the tub (spray nozzle) and rinsing the bottom well often ends all related symptoms within a week.
