Reminders: Children can still have some wetting problems at 4. Once they enter a group situation, following what other children do can be helpful. Gentle reminders every 2 hours with praise for follow-through can raise awareness as to when to use the bathroom. If she is in a group setting is there fear of going into the bathroom due to anxiety or bullying? Consult a behavioral health provider if needed.
