Treatment: It depends on the treatment that you are taking for your embolism as vit K specifically might interfere with specific drugs, such as Coumadin or Warfarin. The other point would be that you might not need your vitamins, unless previously proven as being deficient. Talk to your treating physician so that he or she will have the full picture.

Dpendss: If you are taking a blood thinner, a multivitamin with vitamin K may interfere with your medication. If you are on blood thinner, talk to your doctor about all the medications, including over the counter drugs before you take any.
