Move about Break T..: 32 y/o asks, How many minutes of walk do I have to take every hour during office work to prevent Pulmonary Embolism? If one has a prior History Of Pulmonary Embolism, they should be on preventive anticoagulant therapy already. For general Good health, not just P.E. prevention ten minutes in every 60 min hour should be "move about Break Time" for everyone. And management should be so informed.
