Six months ago, i was hospitalized for a saddle pulmonary embolism. i am on blood thinners, but i am tired. how long does it take to heal completely?

Rule out bleed: Studies show that patients on blood thinners such as coumadin or NOACs can bleed into various body compartments. If you are tired you did the right thing to ask but you need to do so in person. Rule out anemia/bleed immediately. Full history and physical exam, cardiac exam needed. Do you see a Cardiologist? Call MD on call or get into office promptly and expeditiously. Good luck.
