Artificial tears: You may have encountered some airborne irritant or have one in your sleeping quarters. You may also not make enough tears to ward of the itchy/dry feeling. Keeping a bottle of artificial tears by your bedside can help. At some point you may want to discuss it with your eye doc.

Allergies?: If both your eyes and sinuses are involved with itching a common feature, an allergic problem is likely. At your age, dry eyes are not common but not impossible. Consult an allergist if your family doctor can't help you.

Ceiling fans: Agree with other 2 docs.Happens only at night? Are you running ceiling fans that would dry out your eyes and also throws up alot of dust if no cleaned often and thus irritate the sinuses.If so clean the fans every 2 weeks and adding a humifier in room may help with dry eyes but chanbge water and cleans often

Allergy?: Your symptoms are suggestive of allergy. It may be something in your bedroom. See if the same symptoms develop if you sleep else where, especially outside your home. You may try an over the counter anti-histaminic and take the medication about half hour before going to bed.
